Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling. Dana works off the assumption that you are a mentally healthy person who is seeking a braver, bolder version of your life. She works with clients on self-exploration and learning new ways to approach life.  For more information on coaching versus therapy, click here.

Coaching is a very powerful model to elicit change in a person’s behavior. Clients may choose to focus on specific personal goals, personal growth, business visions, and successes or other situations in your life or profession. In the event that a client feels the need for professional psychological counseling or therapy, Dana will encourage a client to take responsibility to seek a licensed professional.
